I wish I better understood what happened to these Packers from last year going into this year. After showing so much promise on both sides of the ball last year, they seem to have just fallen apart this year. Nothing major changed either, outside of the organization dealing Preston Smith to Pittsburgh.

If there's a theme for the Packers this year, it's "quantity over quality" - it just seems Green Bay's front office was counting on a whole bunch of players from last year would continue to develop this year and some would eventually carry the burden of production on their respective side of the ball. That didn't happen. No one active player among their receiving corps or defensive line can be considered elite. Romeo Doubs, Dontayvion Wicks, Jayden Reed, Kingsley Enagbare, Lukas Van Ness....none of these talents panned out this year. If Christian Watson was healthy, his name would be listed here as a premiere offensive weapon, but that's not the case given the season-ending knee injury he suffered last week.

Forget even looking at their tactical edges or their game management...these Packers are pretty much cooked in the first round once they meet the Philadelphia Eagles.
